OUR LEADERSHIP

Mr. Vimalan

Arjuna Consultant is run and managed by professionals who possess hands-on expertise in their field of operation, with experience spanning over four to five decades. Sri. K. N. Vimalan, Joint Labour Commissioner (Retd), spearheads the team of professionals.
Mr. Vimalan has vast experience as an Enforcement Officer under various enactments. He has also served as the Controlling Authority as well as the Appellate Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. For many years, he worked as a Conciliation Officer under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. He himself has more than 30 years of service in the Labour Department.
Mr. Vimalan, along with others, has been serving clients across Kerala by providing various assistance related to labour and other statutory compliance.
With over 12 years of operation, Arjuna Consultants Pvt Ltd is today an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, serving hundreds of clients across various industries.

Deepak M D

A senior HR leader with over 13 years of experience across diverse industries, including the Oil & Gas sector, within management consultancy and contract manpower services. He provides strategic direction in HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and contract labour management, while acting as a key interface between clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities. He also brings over three years of hands-on experience in handling labour law–related court cases and Right of Use (RoU) land acquisition matters across Kerala. With a strong governance mindset and solution-oriented approach, he plays a vital role in ensuring compliance excellence, strengthening client relationships, and delivering sustainable workforce solutions.

Dineash M M

A highly experienced labour administration professional with over three decades of distinguished service in the Labour Department, Government of Kerala, retiring as Junior Superintendent. He brings deep practical insight into labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory challenges specific to the Kerala labour market. With extensive hands-on experience in handling complex labour issues, inspections, and matters related to ESI and EPF, he provides invaluable strategic guidance and compliance expertise. His strong understanding of ground-level labour administration significantly strengthens the firm’s advisory capabilities and client confidence.

Mr. Prince M.D

Mr. Prince M.D is a senior management professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across complex, high-growth, and transformation-driven business environments, including startups and turnaround assignments. He brings strong expertise in change management, organizational restructuring, and team development, with a consistent track record of driving performance in fast-paced, multi-layered organizational structures.
He has extensive cross-functional and cross-cultural management experience across India and international markets. His industry exposure includes Telecom, FMCG, Food & Grocery Retail, Logistics, Dairy, and Retail Operations.
Mr. Prince has led large, diverse teams at store, zonal, state, regional, and national levels, delivering operational excellence, scalability, and sustained business growth. Having worked with multinational organizations, he brings a strong strategic perspective combined with hands-on execution capability.
An Advocate by qualification, he adds a valuable legal, compliance, and governance lens to organizational decision-making, strengthening risk management and regulatory adherence within business operations
