Mr. K N Vimalan
Arjuna Consultant is run and managed by professionals who possess hands-on expertise in their field of operation, with experience spanning over four to five decades. Sri. K. N. Vimalan, Joint Labour Commissioner (Retd), spearheads the team of professionals. Mr. Vimalan has vast experience as an Enforcement Officer under various enactments. He has also served as the Controlling Authority as well as the Appellate Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. For many years, he worked as a Conciliation Officer under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. He himself has more than 30 years of service in the Labour Department. Mr. Vimalan, along with others, has been serving clients across Kerala by providing various assistance related to labour and other statutory compliance. With over 12 years of operation, Arjuna Consultants Pvt Ltd is today an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, serving hundreds of clients across various industries.
Deepak M D
A senior HR leader with over 13 years of experience across diverse industries, including the Oil & Gas sector, within management consultancy and contract manpower services. He provides strategic direction in HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and contract labour management, while acting as a key interface between clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities. He also brings over three years of hands-on experience in handling labour law–related court cases and Right of Use (RoU) land acquisition matters across Kerala. With a strong governance mindset and solution-oriented approach, he plays a vital role in ensuring compliance excellence, strengthening client relationships, and delivering sustainable workforce solutions.
Dinesh M M
A highly experienced labour administration professional with over three decades of distinguished service in the Labour Department, Government of Kerala, retiring as Junior Superintendent. He brings deep practical insight into labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory challenges specific to the Kerala labour market. With extensive hands-on experience in handling complex labour issues, inspections, and matters related to ESI and EPF, he provides invaluable strategic guidance and compliance expertise. His strong understanding of ground-level labour administration significantly strengthens the firm’s advisory capabilities and client confidence.

Mr. Prince M.D is a senior management professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across complex, high-growth, and transformation-driven business environments, including startups and turnaround assignments. He brings strong expertise in change management, organizational restructuring, and team development, with a consistent track record of driving performance in fast-paced, multi-layered organizational structures. He has extensive cross-functional and cross-cultural management experience across India and international markets. Biju Zacharias, Former Deputy Commissioner (Intelligence), Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department, is a highly accomplished taxation and enforcement professional with 29 years of exemplary service. Renowned for his expertise in GST, indirect taxation, intelligence, enforcement, compliance, and litigation, he has built an outstanding reputation in tax administration and regulatory affairs.Throughout his distinguished career, he held several key positions, including Intelligence Officer, Assistant Commissioner (Enforcement), and Deputy Commissioner (Intelligence). He played a vital role in intelligence operations, tax investigations, enforcement actions, compliance monitoring, and complex litigation on behalf of the Government of Kerala. His areas of specialization include GST advisory, compliance, tax litigation, audits, assessments, policy interpretation, enforcement strategy, and regulatory consulting. He has successfully handled high-value tax matters, intricate investigations, and industry-specific compliance challenges across manufacturing, retail, logistics, trading, and service sectors.In recognition of his exceptional performance, he achieved the highest revenue collection in the Enforcement Wing during the financial year 2024–25 and received an Award of Appreciation from the Commissioner of State GST, Kerala.
